1. Change, Cancellation, and No-Show Policy
1.1 Transfer Reservations (Sedan, SUV, Limousine, Van)
For reservations within the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico:
A $125 change or late cancellation fee applies when modifying or canceling within the required notice period stated in your confirmation email.
If the total reservation value is less than the fee, the lower amount will apply.
1.2 Hourly Reservations
Change or cancellation fees = Base Rate × Hourly Minimum.
1.3 No-Show Policy
A no-show fee equal to the hourly minimum or base transfer rate plus applicable airport fees, fuel surcharges, tolls, and parking will apply if:
The passenger does not arrive at the pickup location, OR
The reservation is not cancelled according to the cancellation policy.
If you cannot locate your chauffeur, call the number provided in your confirmation email. Leaving the pickup location without notifying us results in full no-show charges.
1.4 Cancellation Procedure
To avoid fees:
Cancel or modify reservations within the time stated in your confirmation email.
You may cancel by calling +1 (317) 828-5230 or through www.anytimeanywherellc.com.
1.5 Service Area
Applies to reservations with pickups within 75 miles of city center. Services outside this radius may incur additional drive time.
Special event policies override standard cancellation rules.
2. Garage-to-Garage Calculations
Billing begins when the chauffeur departs our facility and ends upon return.
Minimum billable hours may be exceeded based on actual time.
European services may include additional kilometer charges.
3. Wait Time Policy
3.1 Airport Transfers
Grace periods begin when chauffeur arrives:
Domestic Flights: 30 minutes
International Flights: 45 minutes
After grace period → charges apply at base transfer rate plus prorated hourly rates (30-minute intervals).
3.2 Point-to-Point Transfers
20 minutes complimentary wait time
After that → base rate + prorated hourly charges (15-minute increments)
4. Extra Stops
One stop up to 15 minutes → included
Over 15 minutes → base rate + prorated hourly
Over 30 minutes or multiple stops → reservation converts to hourly service
5. Surface Transportation Charge (STC)
Applied as a percentage of the base rate to cover operational and administrative costs.
6. Incidentals
May include:
Chauffeur lodging, meals, greeter fees, tolls, parking, port fees, and special requests.
7. Fuel Surcharge
Based on the EIA fuel index.
Specialty vehicles may have different fuel schedules.
8. Estimated Inclusive Quote
Quotes are estimates only.
Additional charges may apply for wait time, tolls, extra stops, or routing changes.
9. Exchange Rate
Foreign currency quotes use rates active at time of booking. Final billing reflects exchange rate at payment date.
10. Service Definitions
Airport Transfer: Commercial airport or FBO transportation
Point-to-Point: Direct transfer between two locations
Hourly Service: Multiple stops or time-based travel (“As-Directed”)
11. Base Rate
Base rate includes only transportation.
Does not include gratuity, STC, taxes, airport fees, fuel charges, incidentals, etc.
12. Child Safety Seats
We do not provide child seats or boosters.
Customers may bring their own and must install them properly.
13. Seat Belt Policy
All passengers must comply with local seat belt laws.
Chauffeurs may refuse service if safety rules are ignored.
14. Insurance
All vehicles carry insurance that meets or exceeds state requirements.
15. Chauffeur Conduct
Zero-tolerance policy for drugs or alcohol.

16. Pets & Service Animals
Pets must be in carriers; damages may incur additional fees.
Service animals are permitted without a carrier and at no additional charge.
17. Accessibility
Passengers may travel with mobility devices or service animals at no extra cost.
18. Lost or Misplaced Items
We are not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles.
19. In-Vehicle WiFi
Some vehicles include WiFi.
Use at your own risk.
We are not responsible for hacking, interception, or data loss.
20. Nondiscrimination Policy
We provide service without discrimination based on race, color, sex, age, nationality, religion, disability, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
21. Data Collection & Communication Policies
(Required for compliance with carriers and RingCentral-style communication systems)
21.1 Call Recording Disclosure
Calls to our business line may be recorded or monitored for:
Quality assurance
Safety
Training
Compliance
Calling our number constitutes consent.
21.2 Operational Communication
We may contact customers via:
Automated SMS notifications
Automated calls
Driver updates
Service change alerts
These communications are transactional only, not marketing.
21.3 Account Verification
We may use verification codes, callback confirmation, or identity checks before completing operations.
22. SMS Terms & Conditions
22.1 SMS Consent
Phone numbers provided for SMS are used only for service-related messages and never shared with third parties or affiliates.
22.2 Types of SMS Messages
Customers may receive:
Reservation confirmations
Pickup updates
Driver arrival alerts
Billing notifications
Schedule reminders
Service-related alerts
22.3 Frequency
Message frequency may vary.
Up to 4 messages per week depending on service activity.
22.4 Message & Data Rates
Standard carrier rates may apply.

You opt in by:
Booking a reservation
Submitting any online form with an SMS consent checkbox
